This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Trainday’s website, platform, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By purchasing or subscribing to Trainday, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Trainday does notoffer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to subscriptions, usage-based fees, credits, setup fees, or one-time services.

Once access to the Service has been granted, fees are non-refundable regardless of usage, satisfaction, or results.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds or credits are provided for partially used subscription periods.

Credits and Usage-Based Fees

Any credits, tokens, or usage-based allowances purchased through Trainday are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits have no cash value.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law. Any such refund will be limited to the minimum amount required by law.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Trainday support may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
